When conceiving an aquaponics system, one can find an endless number of solutions depending on the structure of the system: Media-based, vertical hanging, raft system. This is the main reason why the Aqua’Dev team recommends anyone interested in building his/her own aquaponics system to rely on creativity to adapt accordingly to their environment. For the purpose of this project and the sake of open source, we have decided to share information regarding the model that we have come up with. Below you will find different visions of our layout and the core materials that have been used to build it.
